Picture is set in a Normandy village. Saw this in Graham Robb's The Discovery of France. Very interesting book - can highly recommend it.

Yes, I did - actually Duchess Anne to be precise! There is a tower in the castle in her name in Dinan where we stayed the first NE we went to. The Tourist Day took us round the castle and then on a river trip. They certainly do their Le Weekend's well!
