Thanks to those of you that helped at the weekend, it was lovely to see you all and I think we represented the breed very well Laughing .

Next years CLA Gamefair will be held at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire http://www.ragleyhall.com/index.html July 23rd to 25th 2010. If anyone would like to do the whole weekend and camp (many of the other breeds have nearly all their reps camping and so having communal bbq's etc in the evening) let me know as we can easily book more pitches and passes for the whole event or at least the fri eve to sun eve if you can't make the thurs. Although the venue is only 15 miles from my home I plan to camp anyway .... perhaps I am a glutton for punishment Laughing  Laughing  Laughing .

After I left last evening I went to see a friend in Grantham, to find she had just taken on a rescue dog and in the end I stayed through till this morning to 'help' settle her new lad in with her existing dog. Chase was practically comatose in the car all night - he barely staggered out for a wee and now he is home he has only had a brief run round the garden before cuddling with Brice (just back from kennels) and both are sprawled on the floor together.

Thanks to you Sue, for the effort put into making the arrangements to get passes to everyone and for co-ordinating the club's attendance at this event

Thanks Sue for being 'anchor person'  Difficult tp put on a 'quality' disp;ay when the 'shell scheme' is in such disrepair!

I wonder should we have different material available for the different days - or perhaps different material for different 'customers'  ie to cover 'serious' enquiries and the 'awe aren't they pretty' brigade differently.

I think you may be right about that Guy.  I liked all the leaflets you posted on here last time but feel free to use anything in the ones I set up for the Club way back.(I think I sent them to you)

Providing we are at home then I'm up for next year Sue. It was a very good day and we had some sensible enquiries from people. But thank goodness we left at 4pm as there were an awful lot of cars on the fields that came in after us.
