Hey I am from the West-side of Canada. I have 2 brittany's. Maddy, and Willy. Maddy is a liver and white female, born Feb 12-07. And Willy is an orange and white male born Oct 1-07.

I am new to this site and found it by chance.  Smile

Hi Dakotawinters,  welcome to the forum, glad to have you on board.  Please tell us a bit more about your dogs.  Do you work them, show them or are they pets?

So Maddy the Meager.... she is the shy one. Loves agility. Has a nose on her like a blood hound. She puffs her cheeks when she sniffs, as she sniffs so hard. She's fairly petite. Weighs in at 28 lbs. She has been in one confirmation show, and got 2 firsts. And she also has started with field trials, in her first trial she got 89/100 We are working heavily on our whoa's.

Sir William of Orange. Or Wee Willy who is the happy one. Always wagging his tail, and always has his tongue hanging out of his mouth. Weighs in at 42 lbs. He is the mischief makers.... he looks for trouble, trouble doesn't look for him. He is the hunter, he covers' ground like a freight train. He has also been in his first confirmation show last year and his first field trial that he scored 98/100. We are starting to work alot on his Whoa's as well. And we have just purchased a starter pistol as he blinks when shots are fired. Which is how he lost his 2 points in his test.

Overall.... I love them, they are insane at times but they are my pack.

I swear it does take a special "breed" of person to get brittany's. And I totally have a crazy sense of humor. I think its part of the requirement of owning a breed like this.
The shenanigans that happen daily with my two I can only imagine what everyone else goes through.
