Found this website whilst trawling on dog health issues and was impressed.
I think it's well worth a look no matter what breed you have and I'm sure it's something all breeed clubs ought to adopt IMHO.

Great goals and responsible attitude...I don't care for their looks though Confused  Just a Spaniel...( My great grand father used to judge them and I have a book dating back to the 1800's)
Check this breeder of working Cockers and Bretons too. The Cockers are like Cockers:
