Whilst they are not 'Brittany books' I can heartily recommend The Pointing Instinct by Derry Argue and Gundogs - Their Learning Chain by Joe Irving. I have found both books very useful when training my Brits and Labs.

That is a really good idea, Guy...it is interesting reading some of the comments in the Shooting Gazette about authors of dog training books...yes, well, seems you would be wasting your money with many of them
