caninesno not the dogs! My britt Fen is 7 months and still has all her baby canines as well as the adult set. I'm loath to take her to the vet yet as I do not want anyone messing in her mouth and putting her off having her teeth examined in the show ring-as her mouth is still tender she is diificult enough in that respect. Any advice?

If they are all quite tight in the gums Glynis, you should really get your vet to have a look at them. Usually the baby teeth have started to come out at 7 months so they may need a bit of help, sooner rather than later

I think you should let the vet have a look at them. Ozzy's baby canines were still quite firmly there after the adult ones came through, but fell out naturally at around 5 1/2 months.

Thanks for the advice, they are definately firmly in the gum-the adult canines just came up along-side them rather than pushing them out. Guess where we'll be going soon!
