I have always been aware of the caveat in the DD Act, a person only need feel the threat of injury from your dog and as such I know that Bricey could be reported when he is free-running. One of his best 'games'  is running straight at you then dodging at the very last minute - even I feel scared  .
In my opinion any dog has the ability to be deemed dangerous but in reality the fault will amost always lie with the owner. |
