fundraising ideassorry this is not probably in the right place - perhaps we should have a separate forum for fundraising.
Engraved glasses.
we bought some very nice ones in Germany with Brittany heads on - 10 euro. each.
But perhaps we could do a head and one with logo?
Spoke to a chap at the game fair - david@mvirden.com
who would give us a 'trade' price. www.engravedglassdirect.co.uk/

Another idea - I've bought stuff from Black Gundog on a few occasions. A lot of Laura's stock is sold with a donation to Cancer Reseach.(the pink stuff) I've just asked her if she'd consider a discount for us so we could buy things to sell to members. Waiting to hear from her. www.blackgundog.co.uk

It could save you having to carry stock if she would sell stuff in the normal way and make a donation if orders are from club members, but as we don't have membership numbers to quote on the order I'm not sure how it would work. Maybe worth thinking about though.

If Laura gives us a special code for club members to use, and got an order with that code in the Voucher code box she would generate the donation - haven't heard from her yet though. Cn suggest that if she says yes.

Funds are raised for various reasons - to support our Welfare fund, to put on our shows and working events, and for the Breed in general. A number of ideas have been forthcoming recently for the use of Club funds and these will be discussed at the next Committee meeting. Members will be informed of the decisions thereafter.
