Thanks to eveeryone who made donations to yesterday's tombola and, of course to all of those who bought tickets. Once again there were some great prizes available (due entirely to your generosity).
Unfortunately, there were lots left at the end of the day but that just means there'll be even more available in June. Start saving now so you buy extra tickets (the credit crunch will not be accepted as an excuse when I send the heavy mob out to convince you to part with your cash)

Allez is well pleased with his new toy - a santa Christmas soft ornament - I was sitting here ignoring him and in he trots with it and dumps it at my feet!

i blame the gnome going early to a very well known forum member 9 who i believe wishes to remain incognito) - there was just no incentive to enter after that.

I think if the gnome hadn't gone I'd still be standing there now waiting to sell a ticket. I suppose I really should have thanked the kind soul who took him to a better place (and I should also thank Jan for not bringing another one).
Considering the number of people there we did quite well, raising just short of £50. Nothing near as good as Simon did with his photos from the October weekend, they managed to raise a fantastic sum to support the club.
