Health ChecksWe are looking to breed from BB our Brittany and Cassie our Lab sometime in the next two years and want to ensure that we carry out all the necessary health checks before we do. We are OK with the lab, in that we know we will carry out Hip and elbow dysplasia checks, BVA/ISDS eye scheme and the Optigen test for PRCD etc, but wondered whether or not to carry out the same tests with BB. We will certainly have her hips and eyes tested, but wondered about the elbows and the Optigen tests and would be interested to hear your thoughts/suggestions etc.
