homeopathy... not sure how to spell it (lol)Anyone have anything to do with natural medicines? my limited knowledge is arnica and rhus tox... and i am not sure they work!! Does anyone know the benefits (if any) of giving an arthritic dog 'Glucosamine and Chondroitin', my poor lady is very bad at the moment with arthritis Thanks Sallie

There's been something posted on this in the past. My knowledge is limited to the fact that glucosomine has worked for humans and dogs who I know have taken it in the past.

Both I and my 11 year old GWP take it and it works for us. But you have to be careful not to OD

I use rhus tox if my old spaniel is stiff jointed, it seems to work for him. Use t tree and lavender oils to clean cuts, also cold black tea for eye washes/paw bathes etc', all with my then vets' backing. My favourite vet left the partnership about 18 months ago to move to Yorkshire, so if anyone in that area comes across Nic Houchin, say "Hello" from us
