Homes need for oldies

I received this request for help from Siobain DUCKWORTH

This is very sad but we have TWO boys looking for homes in the UK!

The logistics and timescale of getting a passport does not match with the rescue centers ability to keep them - so England is not an option.  I posted it here in the off chance the thread would be read by someone in Europe who might be able to help.

I realised that but surely the Rescue Centre could be told what an excellent breed this is and give them a stay of execution.  I was also letting people know we have rehoming problems in this country,

The powers of International Rescue ??

Good that such old ones were rescued and not just consigned to an incinerator.

Great News!  Now does anyone know a suitable home for two boys - details on our website.
Barney - another orange and white, about 6 years, fine with people and children although not keen on other dogs and doesn't like being left as his present owner works full time. Needs more attention and exercise

Junior who is 2 years old, is presently at an animal sanctuary as his breeder unable to help re-home him.  He's very friendly and is fine with people and other dogs.

These boys are in keenels and we need to get them out of there - kennel is no place for a Brittany!!!!!
Mugi

Sadly no room at this Inn and although Mugi and Chase (to a slightly lesser degree) make friends wherever they go they haven't exactly made a positive impact on peeps who may look for a rescue dog. Mugi is so busy that peeps wanting a quiet life realise that even mature brits won't necessarily fit the bill.

Chase on the otherhand terrifies peeps with his speed, energy and range Laughing . He was out on monday with a 15 month old working cocker and when we were looking at how far the dogs would work up the bank the young cocker worked really nicely over about a third of the distances Chase was working.

Very happy the oldies have been re-homed  Very Happy   Lets hope the boys here are soon settled with new owners too.
