human health issuesJust a little brag so you can all keep me on my toes - I have lost a stone in weight since moving home. I feel better already! Liz managed to lose a lot a couple of years ago so I'm sure she'll be keeping a friendly eye on me - I hope you all will. I may soon be able to run two circuits of the ring without puffing.
