If it was too late to enter how did you get a run - were you a reserve? I thought it was a full card?

Pity Ghillie didn't get a pheasant to retrieve, woodcock do not seem to be well loved by many dogs, unless they have lots of experience on them.

Thats right I didn't tell any one including you so it didn't get put on here You didn't ask the right question if you remember you said I could still enter and I said it was a bit late not that I hadn't already done it
Ghill has never had a Woodcock retrieve John, she picked it up on the back and just behind the wings, the last two ribs were 'pinched' [judges words] and they let me feel it. Still she had two good runs and I'm glad she didn't have to do the water as by then it was really cold and several of the dogs refused to go in. Not that she wouldn't have done it just that I am being over protective
