Look no lead !This afternoon Copper was let off his lead for the first time since he's been with us. We have been practising recall on a long line with great results, so today was declared "Copper Liberation Day". We didn't want to take too many chances so had Rudi on lead and Zac and Copper off. He was a little star, came for both Jim and myself, enjoyed some hide and seek exercises and was a model pupil. He also made lots of friends, human and canine. He has a very strong hunting instinct and also likes to play fetch at home. We are using a "walk & ride" harness as he pulls so much on a slip rope, it gives us kinder control of him. Next milestone will be getting the pair of Brits running together and getting them both back
