Mugi

My oh MyWhen Mugi came home he weighed in at a slight 14.8 kg, after amending his diet he had a steady weight gain to about 18 kg and I was happy with him. As he has done more training however he has upped his treat ratio so he went on a little diet as he was losing his waist line.
Since he has been doing a days beating twice a week on a similar diet (well 50g more meat and a half pack of chicken roll through the working day) he has looked lean (in a cobby way) and in hard muscle. I decided to pop him on the scales so imagine my surprise to find he now weighs in at 19.7kg!!!!
He is looking great but I have to say that working him has done wonders to him for overall condition. Perhaps little one should get out to tone his puppy fat (kidding really as he is too young to go out - perhaps next season).
Freddy the WSS goes out next thursday, he needs to put weight on desperately so perhaps working will help him to think eating is a good idea .

Just proves muscle weighs more than fat - trying to fool myself that it's all muscle in my case, too.

In my househould currently there are six of us........
Mugi, just right
Brice, only just right as he has finally hit a weight I am happy with although a couple of days of him being fussy will see him losing again
Freddy, too thin but always that way
Chase, just right but possibly too keen to put on weight
Mavis (the sole remaining quail) just right
ME - putting on fat way too easily.
Why can I be pretty disciplined about what the boys eat (well and Mavis too) but have absolutely no self-control when it comes to me???????????
