WOW we have a real snow storm at last ... Monet doing a headless chicken bit ... you know the one ---- run to the window then the front door and back to the window again. Poppy on the other hand has decided to curl up on the coffee table which is propped up against the radiator, boring dog - me and Monet are going out to play now

Just a dusting here but dogs enjoying it. Bella and Soufee were running flat out when Soufee did a complete somersault into a hidden hole. She gave a big yelp, jumped up and carried on - luckily seems none the worse.
Pippa just took it in her stride - did not know what the fuss was all about

Not a huge amount while we were out walking although there is more now! Temperature was arctic though!!!!

Then Mr Powerful was off 
...and the reason for the coat
While Mugi pottered, rolled and ran within his limits Chase was burning energy as only a Brittany seems able 
I reckon by now we have a couple of inches but all the boys are walked, spaniel is drying by the fire, deerhound is on the sofa and brittanys are in their respective crates snoring! (Outdoor spaniel has had a good rub down and is having extra food again as he won't use bedding )

We haven't even had that much. For once, Bracken isn't the star of the show . He seemed to be on something of a mission at the end. Hope he didn't take too long coming back.

We had proper snow last night and it has started falling again now. Will take the boys out later but in the meantime some garden fun (my garden does not look scenic after they have been out long ).
Initially not great pics but...... The boys running together. 
Errr 
It is COLD mum! 
Then Freddy comes out, one of the best pics of him in a long while 
Then it is left to my two youngest to trash the snow totally
They had a wonderful time and are all recharging batteries for the next onslaught .

Don't need a snowplow in your garden then Sue Perhaps you could hire them out to all these places that are running out of salt. Come to think of it...perhaps dog owners should unite and charge the councils for dog plows

You must have different snow up there. Mine seem to speed up.

Deeper and softer maybe - they are faster if they can run on top of it, slower if they have to plough through it
