Travelodge - WARNINGFor those who have been using the TL chain for easy dog if not exactly welcome at least tolerated  accomodation things have changed.
Up to certainly the end of Jan there was a charge of £10 per pet per stay (exorbitant in my mind but doable) but that charge has doubled to £20 per pet per stay so a one night stay could see me paying £19 for me on a super saver and £40 for Mugi and Chase!!!!!!!!
Shall we say they have just lost a customer as I will be looking elsewhere for my accomodation from now on.........

We have the same problem with some commercial caravan sites. either no dogs allowed or up to £4 per night per dog. What for?? The dogs are in our own caravan, do not use the toilets or showers, do not bounce balls against other people's caravans.
Stick to dog show sites or Caravan club or Camping club.

Exorbitant! I don't know how they can justify this at all.
Does anyone know of any other chains who don't charge the earth for dogs? Those of us at the top end of the country need to stay over sometimes!
