I think you need to provide Merlin with a stone to stand on in the second picture. He'll never fill it standing that low down.

The way Ghill goes into that trough he would never fill it anyway  . She jumps from about 5 foot in front and there is a tidal wave every time every time she does it  It needs a good clear out because it is full of green stuff that stinks
