So he WAS a garden snail then was he??   RIP Wilbert.  My son had many a race with snails in our garden when he was little.  We took in Giant African Snails occasionally at weekends when the school loaned theirs out, it was brilliant.  Such lovely slow and graceful animals. And so easy to keep, recommend one any day.  Ate all our leftover veg. etc. and only need spraying to keep them moist in their cage and alive.  But Brits are so much more stimulating,  don't you think? no chance of falling asleep watching one of them is there?? What, in an aquarium. He/she was a pedigree Zebra snail and he/she cost £1.50. Don't know that you can put garden snails in aquariums Eddie.

Don't blame me! I was just about to ask how you are keeping your aquarium glass clean with no help from Wilbert.
