Hello,  I'm Kate,
Maisie is just 6 months, and not only my first Brittany but my first HPR.
She is brilliant and great fun, as well as beautiful - not that I'm biased of course!
I am already learning more about the breed by reading this forum, it will be very helpful as her training progresses I am sure.   Very Happy

I started off with ONE 27 years ago, got up to about 8, now back down to 3, but who knows what the future will hold.  Welcome to the forum, Kate and Maisie - where did you get your pup from - we're a nosey bunch on here so if I don't ask someone else will!

thank you for the welcome messages, and hello Patricia!
Maisie is being very good - hasn't chased rabbits yet.  This is my personal dread because it was a major issue with my flatcoat, she used to catch them in full flight in front of all the shooting guests!  Embarassed
Maisie is now swimming a bit, enjoying fun retrieves, walking to heel for short distances (but still pulling on the lead), and being thoroughly spoilt.  We all love her to bits.
