Not strictly a lost of found YET.  I've just heard from a vet in the Dewsbury area that there are local reports of pet dogs being snatched locally.  If you live around there please take xare and share this message

There have also been at least two instances in the Norwich area in the last month of attempts to snatch dogs  from their owners, with force being used against the owners.

It seems to be rife at the moment.  No area seems unaffected.
